  • This article is so true. My family tends to eat out at least 7 times a week and it becomes a habit. We become too lazy to cook at home. Also, food at restaurants are just simply not as healthy as meals at home. You never know how fresh the food is that the restaurants cook with.

  • For the price of eating one meal outside of your home, you could buy enough food to feed your family for a week, and for this reason I try not to eat out as much as I possibly can. Of course, I do have to sometimes, because my friends like to socialise in this way, but I don’t suggest it on my own if I could cook at home instead. I am trying to save money at the moment, so this is very helpful. I would certainly recommend it as a method if you’re looking for one.

  • Home cooked meals are the best way to go. Buying to much take out not only is bad for you but also is normally just one meal. The money spent on that one meal probably could make a person more the one by home cooking it instead. We have reduced our take out bill by a lot by cooking at home.
