  • To be honest, if you live your life pleasantly but without wasting too much money, you can also go into retirement without much if you know how to live simply (and have already fulfilled a lot of your crazier dreams and adventure!) In fact, most old people I know don’t eat much and don’t have expensive lifestyles.

  • Simply put, this the way life works nowadays. Thank God for retirement plans and 401k’s. Some insurance helps as well. All in all, it amounts to this: we work hard when we are young, burning candles at both ends, just so we can survive old age. That’s why is important to stay healthy and be proactive with your body. Exercise and proper diet helps a lot and pays dividends in your later years.

  • That’s true, but I don’t know if this is supposed to be metaphorical or literal, it’s a bit interesting to think about. If you’re young, you might not have it, but if you don’t have money you can’t be old. Hmm.. really interesting, I never thought about it that way haha. I don’t know what it means, I hope others reply to me and tell me what it actually means.
