Best Coupon Sites
Written by Oana Schneider

The 2008 economic crisis has put a lot of families under the pressure of having to make a do with much less than they did before. Together with that, a whole new wave of coupons (and couponers) have emerged as well. While for a lot of people a $1 off for a product they use does not sound like a huge deal, the truth is that couponing can save you a lot of money on the long run – especially if you know how to use them smartly.

How do you do that? Well, a few people have thought things over and they can even be considered to be experts in couponing – so if you want to learn their trick, you should definitely know that the Internet is on your side in this matter.

Which are the best 10 coupon sites out there? Read on and find out more.

Not to brag too much about our own site, but the truth is that we are the best and you know why? Because we have every coupon there is. We don’t miss a thing. Choose from a wide variety of deals, offers, coupons and discounts for labels like Forever 21, Target, Walmart, Amazon, iTunes, and everything else.

We are crazy, madly in love with coupons and the money they save us! Just to prove how passionate we are, keep in mind that you can also find us on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Google+ where we offer many tips and tricks on how to save money. Plus, we let our friends know about this because friends don’t let friends pay full. Just so you know!

Surviving the Stores

You can find this site at and don’t expect for it to provide you with just a bunch of coupons gathered absolutely randomly.

In fact, the entire website is very well-structured and it will be very easy to “get around” when you enter it. Surviving the Stores believes in living healthy and saving money at the same time, so you will find coupons (printable or not) for just about anything you want: restaurants, retail shops, grocery shops and online shops as well.

Furthermore, this website will provide you with tons of delicious (and healthy) recipes you can easily prepare at home (even when on a budget) and it will also provide you with popular deals, gift ideas and other articles that offer tips and tricks on how to save money and be healthier too. In other words, this is a true gold mine for anyone trying to live frugally and eat healthy food as well.

Hip 2 Save

In some ways, Hip 2 Save is very similar to the above-mentioned couponing site. However, it is targeted at the younger generation (proof that it doesn’t matter how young or old you are – saving money is always an important deal).

There are a lot of coupons posted here (and they come from major sellers out there, including Walmart, Target and even Amazon). The entire site is very well-organized, so if you are searching for something specific, you will definitely find it (you can search using the product, the seller, and the site even directs you to for more coupons as well).

Aside from the coupons, there are also a lot of other useful things you can find on Hip 2 Save: Sweepstakes, rewards, online deals, restaurant offers and so on.

As the name of the site suggests it, Savings is all about, well, saving money. There are tons of coupons posted there and you can search them by the type of product you want to buy on a hot deal, by the store you want to do your shopping at and by the area in which you live too.

Plus, they’ve got a really great blog targeted specifically at people who want to learn how to manage their personal finances better and how to make the most out of what they earn (and this includes understanding how money is spent, how to save it and so on).

Flaming World

This is the it source of coupons for just about anything you can imagine. Enter and a whole new world of hot deals and coupons will open right before your eyes – and this is not even exaggeration.

The site posts coupons and deals from the U.S., from the United Kingdom and from Canada as well – so it is very likely that you will find what you need.

Even more, everything is very well organized here as well: there are categories of products the site offers coupons for and, aside from that, there are also other ways you can search for your coupons as well (based on the area where you live, daily deals, special holiday deals and so on).

The Krazy Coupon Lady

The “Krazy” (that’s right, spelled with a “K”) Coupon Lady is not actually “crazy” – but she definitely knows how to save every single penny on her shopping. Thus, expect this site to be a true encyclopedia for extreme couponing aficionados of all “ranks” (from beginners to those who are already very experienced in the art of using coupons to maximize your savings).

There’s a list of shops that offer coupons, you can search for your coupon by using a keyword, there’s a list of hot deals and, to top everything off, the site also offers a great collection of tips on, well, everything: from saving money to family and travel.

And if you want to motivate yourself to become a “Krazy Coupon Lady” (or Gentleman, for that matter), you can definitely check out the “Brag” section of the site – it will surely push you further in your ambition to use coupons even more efficiently from now on.

We have mentioned this before, but we definitely feel that a list of the best 10 coupon sites would not be complete with this. The site’s name says it all and you can expect the same simplicity from the way in which the site is built as well.

However, that doesn’t mean that it’s not useful – because it is extremely helpful when you want to search for coupons. Printable coupons, coupon codes, loyalty coupons, offers related to cards – you name it and you will most likely find it here.

Groupon is another website that is worldwide famous when it comes to couponing. Although it doesn’t offer as many coupons and deals as the other sites, it’s definitely useful if you want to search for something in your area (especially restaurants, travel deals and other similar purchases, for example).

Mambo Sprouts

If you are among the people who want to eat organic and if you are nearly terrified by the mere idea that organic food is extremely expensive, Mambo Sprouts is where you need to be.

The website is a great source in terms of organic food e-coupons, contests, giveaways and everything else related to organic food (including amazing recipes too).

This site is a great way of proving people you don’t have to spend a fortune on organic food, especially if you know how to maximize every coupon.

Living Social

Without any kind of doubt, this is one of the most well-known couponing and frugal living websites out there – and it’s definitely worth checking out even if you are not particularly keen on saving money every single way you can.

When you go to you will have to sign up by using your email and location or by simply allowing Living Social to connect to your Facebook account.

The website is similar to Groupon and other sites of the kind – but signing up really doesn’t cost anything (plus, if you don’t want your “official” email to be flooded by deals, you can always create a special email address and direct all the coupons and deals there).

On Living Social, there are 4 major categories: local, escapes, gifts and shop and they cover for a pretty wide range of products you have the chance of getting on a smaller price than by buying them from whatever store comes first.

Go to and you will find a myriad of coupons, deals and rewards you can easily gain access to right from your computer. The best thing about Frugaa is that it works with a good range of stores/coffee shops/restaurants/entertainment center that are generally considered to be quite pricy (such as Starbucks and the Disney Store, for example). So if you are searching for a deal for a very particular type of product, you can definitely check Frugaa out.

Aside from that, Frugaa is quite generous when it comes to the number of types of items it offers coupons or deals for. Fashion, jewelry, outdoor supplies – you name it and there will be at least one deal on this coupon website. You can search for deals based on the store you want to shop at or based on the different product categories as well.

Of course, these are just some of the coupon websites out there. Aside from knowing where to find your coupons, you should also learn how to use them.

Believe it or not, there are hundreds of tips and tricks you can use to really maximize every coupon you’ve got. No, most of us aren’t born “couponers” – but those who do start to understand what this is all about can end up saving thousands of dollars every year.

Just think of what a couple of thousands of dollars more would look in your pocket and you will understand just how fascinating the world of couponing can be.

  • All of those sites are great! Though I am not sure in my own opinion which one is the best. I use websaver a lot and for my coupons. I have a bit of a harder time finding good ones for Canada to use.

  • I personally been on the search for the proper site to get new coupons because it seems like it’s not as easy as I thought it was until finally I realize that blogs would be a better idea than a regular website.

  • Awesome! I use Groupon and Living Social, but now I have several more sites to check out! One of my best friends is an extreme couponer and doing pretty well with it, so I’m trying to get into it too! Krazy Coupon Lady is my favorite so far, I love all of the different categories and sections of the site.

  • Great advice! some good sites to check out. Already using Groupon, and obviously Don’tPayFull 😉 Most of the others are new to me. I haven’t had a lot of luck using internet couponing sites in the past, most of the time I’ll justify buying something I don’t need only because I can get a deal on it!
